SEE IT: Ponte Vedra home sells for $16.25 million, sets Northeast Florida record

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — A home in Ponte Vedra Beach sold for over $16.25 million, which sets a record for Northeast Florida.

The home sits on 1.2 acres and accompanies about 7,738 square feet at 1329 Ponte Vedra Blvd., meaning it sold at it sold for $2,100 per square foot.

The St. Johns County Property Appraiser values the land at $3.375 million.

The previous sale record was held by a home sold in October 2022 at 43 Ocean Club Dr. in Fernandina Beach. That home sold for $13.3 million.
