ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Update: Mills has been found safe.
The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 21-year-old Samuel Mills.

According to officials, he was last seen in the Beachwalk area of County Road 210 around midnight.
SJSO said Mills suffers from a traumatic brain injury.
He was last seen on foot wearing a black jacket and white Croc-style shoes.
