Severe storms on Sunday, cold front on Monday, lovely weather returns

Dry, cooler days ahead after Monday cold front

Jacksonville, Fl — This morning we are tracking a line of rain and storms to our west. This line of storms will weaken some as it moves closer to our area through the morning.

It will be the last round of rain and storms, as Sunday saw multiple rounds of heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and hail.

Additional showers and storms will likely develop through the morning commute. Temperatures will be in the 60s. Any showers and storms will gradually clear our through the early afternoon. Skies will turn mostly sunny this afternoon as temperatures stay in the lower 80s.

Overnight, mostly clear skies will prevail and temperatures will dip to the mid to upper 50s.
