NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE: Nassau County investigators remained at the scene Friday morning of a shooting at a home in Hilliard Thursday night. The home is located at the corner of Kentucky and 12th streets.
Nassau County Sheriff’s Office posted on social media Thursday night: “The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred inside a residence on West 12th Avenue in Hilliard. The investigation is ongoing, and there is no threat to the community. Additional details will be released as they become available.”
Action News Jax reached out to the sheriff’s office Friday morning and was told more details would be available later in the day.
