Hilliard neighbors left shaken after triple murder-suicide, claim there were warning signs

Neighbors told Action News Jax that shooter Christopher Rowell exhibited unusual behavior and had advised their children to avoid him. It was claimed that he pointed a gun at a neighborhood child on July 4, but the sheriff's office said it could not find evidence.
