JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) has responded to a traffic fatality that involved a driver who suffered a possible medical condition behind the wheel.

According to JSO, officers arrived at a parking lot at around 2:30 p.m. to an unresponsive man who had backed into a pickup truck.
Officers found the right rear end of the driver’s vehicle wedged against the left rear of the truck. Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded shortly after on scene and provided medical treatment as they transported the driver who was announced as deceased.
JSO says that the driver suffered a possible medical condition as damages seemed superficial. JSO awaits the toxicology report from the corner office before making any confirmation.
JSO states that this is the 160th traffic fatality in Duval County.
