He said the arrests were the result of “Operation Rescue Our Children,” which happened May 13-18.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office worked with other agencies as undercover detectives posed as children online.
He said the men arrested range in age from 21 to 61, and some had guns and drugs in their possession at the time of their arrest.

Among those arrested were Kyle Judd, who is a registered sex offender who was arrested in 2016.
Also arrested was a JSO civilian employee named Greg Bethel. After his arrest, he immediately resigned and is no longer employed by JSO, Waters said.
Several more arrests are expected as a result of the operation, Waters said.
