Jacksonville police release identity of man accused of making bomb threats

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is in Duval County jail Thursday morning after Jacksonville police said he made bomb threats and barricaded himself inside of a College Gardens home Wednesday night.

Dustin McCutcheon is scheduled to go before a Duval County judge Thursday afternoon on multiple charges including threats to throw, project, place or discharge destructive device and probation violation.

Police were at the location for several hours Wednesday night in the 1800 block of 3rd Street W. Some residences were evacuated. Police did not state if any explosives were found.
