Former Jaguars running back announced as Pro Football Hall of Fame finalist

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former Jacksonville Jaguars running back, Fred Taylor, was announced on Saturday, December 28, as a modern-era finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

This is Taylor’s second time being announced as a finalist.

He had been named a Hall of Fame semifinalist for the sixth time previously in November.

During his time with the Jaguars from 1998-2008, Taylor rushed for over 11,271 yards and scored 62 touchdowns. He is the franchise’s all-time rushing leader.
