JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — It’s a chilly morning but not too cold out there.

  • A DENSE FOG ADVISORY is in effect inland in NE FL until 10 a.m. with some reduced visibility.
  • Today’s a mostly sunny and pleasant day with highs in the low to mid 70s.
  • Temperatures climb on Friday with some spots hitting 80.
  • Jacksonville hasn’t hit 80 since December.
  • A cold front moves through the area Friday night into Saturday.
  • A few showers come with the front, but it doesn’t look like much rain.
  • The weekend looks nice – cool each morning, pleasant each afternoon.
  • A slight warming trend is with us next week as we gradually get back close to 80.
  • The forecastable future looks mainly dry with no meaningful rain in view.
