JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Construction on Interstate 295 in Jacksonville is causing major delays Wednesday morning. Bethany Reese is in the First Alert Traffic Center on FOX30 tracking the delays on I-295 northbound moving away from the Buckman Bridge.
Traffic is down to one lane causing about a 20 minute delay and is backed up to Blanding Boulevard.
