Families: Take part in Florida nature scavenger hunt with Wildquest app

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is holding two big scavenger hunts the last two weekends of April called Wildquest.

Here’s how it works:

• Visit https://floridanaturetrackers.com/wildquest/
• It will lead you to a page with information
• You will need to download the Goosechase app to take part
• During the scavenger hunt, you’ll record pictures and videos of the plants and animals you see along the way.

There are two scavenger hunts happening at state wildlife management areas nearby. One is at Branan Field and runs from April 22-24 and the other is at Caravelle Ranch near Palatka from April 29-May 1.
