JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is responding to a deadly crash on Interstate 295 northbound near 103rd Street.
All northbound lanes are closed due to the crash, FHP said.

Southbound lanes also appear to be blocked too, as traffic is being directed off the interstate.
