JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crash involving three vehicles on Interstate 95 northbound near Old St. Augustine Road is causing congestion on the roadway Thursday morning. Traffic was down to one lane just before 7:30 a.m. as crews removed vehicles from the road.
Another crash on Interstate 295 near Old St. Augustine in Jacksonville and another on State Road 207 in St. Johns County were also causing delays in those areas.
