Wife of Clay County man forced to self-deport hopeful for husband’s return after new ruling

A Clay County man who came to the US in 2011 on a J-1 visa was forced to self-deport earlier this year after ICE agents enforced an order of removal against him. His wife says he now has new hopes of returning.
