This is the first major step toward making the campus a reality, according to a news release.
The parcels of land will go through the Downtown Investment Authority process at the Retail Enhancement and Property Disposition Committee on Feb. 13. A full board vote will happen on Feb. 19. Upon DIA approval, the proposals will move to the Jacksonville City Council.
