‘Canines & Local Finds’: K9s for Warriors hosting free adoption and vendor event Saturday

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — More than 50 dogs are hoping to find their forever families in St. Augustine this Saturday, February 1st.

The non-profit organization K9s For Warriors is hosting free adoptions at the ‘Canines and Local Finds’ event at Francis Field.

The dogs will be coming from the organization itself, in addition to five other local animal shelters.

  • Nassau Humane Society
  • Nassau County Animal Services
  • Jacksonville Animal Care and Protective Services
  • St. Johns County Pet Center
  • Flagler Humane Society

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

K9s For Warriors says more than 30 local vendors and food trucks will be at Francis Field. That means you can shop and chomp while you adopt.
