Predator Alert: Johnnie Harvey & William Kinch

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement needs your help tracking down wanted sex offenders.

The first is 59-year-old Johnnie Harvey.

Harvey is a sex offender following a 1998 conviction for sexual battery on a child.

Harvey has a history of violence-related arrests dating back to the 1970s.

Investigators say Harvey is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 154 pounds. Harvey has tattoos on both arms, his chest, and his abdomen. He also has scars on his right finger and arm, his left shoulder, left eye, neck, chin, and abdomen.

The FDLE is also looking for 36-year-old William Kinch.

Kinch is a sex offender following a 2009 conviction for lewd and lascivious behavior with a child under 16.

Kinch is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm and left shoulder.  He also has a scar on his right eye.

Predator Alert works. To date, 113 sex offenders have been arrested following profiles on Action News.
