Jordana Elias Barreiro joined Action News Jax in February 2024. Originally from Puerto Rico, she moved to Jacksonville in 2022. Jordana graduated with a bachelor's degree in digital production from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She serves as a sports reporter for the Telemundo "Deportes" segment in the evenings. She also serves in the military. Prior to joining Action News Jax, she worked at Cox Media Group Radio, where she has been since 2023, focusing on promoting major radio events, providing traffic updates for WOKV, and working on projects for ESPN 690 AM.
