Missing girl located safe, Jacksonville police say

UPDATE, 11/28/22, 2:52 p.m.: Heaven Ulshafer has been charged with false imprisonment and possession of a controlled substance.

UPDATE, 11/27/22, 10:55 p.m.: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has located both Kaitlyn La Rocca and Heaven Ulshafer.

Kaitlyn La Rocca, 7, was reported missing to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

She was last seen Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at 500 Los Santos Way.

According to police, Rocca is believed to be in custody of Heaven Ulshafer.

If you have information regarding their whereabouts, or that could lead to their whereabouts, you are asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s office at 904-630-0500.
