“It was great. There were no lines and no waiting,” said early voter Chris Hills.

Hogan said with seven races that have more than five candidates, there is definitely going to be a runoff.

“I don’t see any chance of there not being a runoff,” said Hogan.

The early voters Action News Jax spoke with said they will be back at the polls if there is a runoff election in May.

Election day is Tuesday, March 21st, and the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7p.m.
