Culhane’s Irish Pub makes Yelp’s ‘25 Pubs That Make You Feel Like You’re in Ireland’

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, a local Irish pub is being recognized for its “authentic Irish spirit.”

Culhane’s Irish Pub, which has a location in Atlantic Beach and one on Jacksonville’s Southside, was named to Yelp’s list of “25 Pubs in the U.S. & Canada That Make You Feel Like You’re in Ireland.”

The pub, which first opened its Atlantic Beach location in 2005, is owned and operated by four sisters from Limerick, Ireland.

This isn’t the first time Culhane’s has received national recognition. Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” highlighted Culhane’s popular Irish comfort foods, like the Guinness Beef Stew, Dingle Fish Pie, and Blarney Lamb Sliders.

At both of its locations on Friday and Saturday, Culhane’s is celebrating 18 years in business by throwing a “St. Patrick’s Monster Tent Party.”
